How do the sizes turn out?
Our sizes tend to run slightly smaller. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend choosing one or two sizes larger.
How does a return work?

Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning your order.
Please enclose a note with your order number, your name and one of the following options:
- Refund
- Exchange for a different size
- Exchange for another product
- Receipt of a voucher code
Where are the products made?
Our products are manufactured exclusively in Germany (Bavaria). We focus on German standards and attach great importance to quality.
How long is the delivery time?
The delivery time is usually between 2-5 days. For large order quantities, there may be a delay of 2-3 days. We do everything we can to ensure that you receive your package promptly.
When are returns processed?
Returns are not processed daily. We handle returns three times a week to ensure that every return is handled carefully and efficiently.
What to do in case of production errors?
If there have been any errors in the production of our shirts, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact our customer service immediately at support@goldenpump.de to inform us of the problem. Please also include photos of the defects found. Our team will take care of it immediately and ensure that you receive a new product as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding and patience.
